1957 to 2007- Participated in organized hockey for 50 years playing youth, university, adult, and old-timer hockey, and he plans on playing for another 50 years.

1958 to 1972 -Figure skating competitor, culminating in representing Canada in the North Americans, Worlds and Olympic Championships.

1973 to 1982 -National figure skating coach.

1967 to 1974 - Obtained a BSc degree in Psychology at Wayne State University Detroit and a BPhe degree in Physical Education and Sport Science at University of Toronto graduating with a thesis titled "The Biomechanics of Skating". In 2006 he obtained a Masters Degree in Education at Kingston University England.

1973 to 1998- Owned and operated his own financial services company and retired.

1998 to Present - Moved to England and coach ice hockey as a power skating coach, strength and fitness coach, and hockey team coach, coaching age group, senior, professional and GB teams.

1963 to Present - Has coached power skating in hockey schools in Canada the United States and Europe.
